Concurrent Licensing
Laserfiche provides a truly concurrent licensing structure. Instead of purchasing a license for every computer with Laserfiche installed, licenses can be purchased to suit the needs of the number of people enterprise-wide that will use Laserfiche. The number of licenses purchased equals the number of concurrent users of Laserfiche. Full user licenses allow users to perform scanning, retrieval, and administrative tasks. Retrieval licenses allow for performing only searches and retrievals. By buying the less expensive retrieval licenses along with one or two full licenses, organizations can save money.

Bundled Functionality
Bundled functionality, which includes a scanning interface, OCR engine, and full-text search engine, eliminates the need to purchase plug-ins or third party tools. Laserfiche is hardware independent, requiring no proprietary hardware. The hardware independence afforded by Laserfiche allows organizations to procure hardware through their proffered vendors or manufacturers.
